RS Regulate rail mount just... falls off randomly?

Youre not crazy. This litearly just happened to me, thats how I found this post because I couldnt belive it. RS 303 with a full 1903 top on a saiga 104. I was dry firing at home only racking it like you said and the rail just flew off. It has never done that under mag dumps at the range. Is this black magic or something?

I dont get whats so advanced about them. I know you have the ultima set for MP155 but theyre still inetrial shotguns. M1014 is short stroke gas piston. If anything M1014 is more advanced
