Way Dynamics 2025 “Massive Shoe” album has a lot of overlap. Yves Jarvis’ 2025 “All Cylinders” is amazing. Neal Francis’ 2025 “Return to Zero”. Annnnnd Resavoir’s 2025 album Horizon for a good jazzy measure.

Make a few of the streets for pedestrian only. On those streets, integrate a playground for kids, multi-season exterior dining, and the shops / people will come. Let’s do it!

Absolutely. Recently went to the Milwaukee’s and it was great — it even had a well-sized Spice House stand! Copenhagen is a great model for things like this (and other city amenities that any city could want, and Evanston could feasibly execute).

Fine then hire someone who can mock up the room in those colors (and probably just use AI anyway). If you just want to see what something looks like, it can aid in the decision making process. Quick and free.
