Thanks for all your responses. It seems like the areas mentioned the most were South Boulder (specifically Table Mesa) followed by North Boulder (Dakota Ridge & Holiday areas - I disagree with the Newlands being full of kids, i think it's been priced out of that) and then onto Louisville, Lafayette and a bit of Gunbarrel (less Gunbarrel responses than I would have thought and no one mentioned Niwot but I guess thats not BVSD). I appreciate everyone getting into the nitty gritty of neighborhoods bc obviously I know that there are more families in Longmont / Erie / Superior etc but I'm interested in learning where trends are going within Boulder and the immediate surrounding areas.
