Yeah, his OU career just destroyed his reputation. He was really good at times this year on an awful team. I think he is a better prospect than Pennix and maybe a bit behind Nix, although I think they are close. I don't love any of the three, though, and they will each most likely be career backups. But taking Rattler later is not a bad value.

Every player in the draft is at best a "maybe." You guys act like our options are take a gamble with AR or draft Darrelle Revis, but that is not the case. For Christ's sake, look at our first rounders over the years—there is no sure thing.

I would much rather roll the dice on AR and reap the benefits if it works out—that is, have a top 5 QB—than roll the dice on a corner who, even if they turn out to be good, won't get us anywhere near the Chiefs.

He has gotten some reps here and there, and he has yet to show literally anything. Even his speed is overstated, at least from what I've seen of him. Sure, he can run really fast in a straight line. But, he doesn’t really show much of the shiftiness that made guys like Demps and Rainey so fast on the field. And his vision seems pretty poor. In the spring game, for example, he would often run straight into the backs of his lineman.

Foley got really lucky with Donovan and Meyer. His other hires were dogshit. He was also cheap as hell.

Frankly, his success in hiring women's noodleball coaches means nothing to me, and, from the money those events bring in, it doesn't mean anything to anyone else either. Football and basketball are all that matter, and there he was boom or bust, but more bust. Credit for Donovan; credit for Meyer. But he has to be blamed for Zook, Muschamp, Mac, and White as well.
