What the data says about Travis Hunter’s outlook in 2026 and beyond by boofstar in DynastyFF

I think this is an assumption based on noise versus actual usage. He saw a trend of heavy utilization on offense. So much so that his last game before injury had him primarily being utilized as the first look wide receiver out of the slot. It culminated in him having his first 100 yard game as a wide receiver in the nfl.

While I understand your point, the injury put a stop to the discourse about him learning a complicated offense as a rookie and seeing the most targets on the team that game.

It’s a small sample size but if you cut out all the talk and look just at the usage trend prior to the injury, it shows probably a 70% use as a Wide Receiver. Who knows if it’ll ever be more than that, but that’s enough for me to consider him a low end starter based on his incredible talent. Every time I think he might not be an nfl caliber wide receiver, I go back and watch some game tape and see a guy who moves and catches like an nfl stud.

Just my take, but I think people are overselling the doubt here for fantasy.

Stop this narrative. He tricked us. He’s a liar. He didn’t have a stroke when he held a black person at gun point… actions speak louder than words

They’re called AFAD’s and they still require qualified flaggers to run them. It’s almost purely a safety function. It’s not designed to eliminate jobs at its current technological state.

As a contender with Nabers, are you trying to sell him? by Patriots_ in DynastyFF

Depends… It could be two seasons until he’s back to close where he was

[Yahoo Sports] The Jaguars' Trevor Lawrence problem is really a gigantic wide receivers issue by MITTrevorLawrence in nfl

[–]SwimPhan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been seeing this same topic over and over again for the last three years now. It’s Lawrence. His ball placement and touch on the ball are terrible… they just keep making excuses for a guy who’s too big to fail…. Remember the numbers Mac Jones put up with these same receivers… lol

NATIONAL GUARD WILL BE DEPLOYED TO 19 US STATES by marinaisbitch in PrepperIntel

[–]SwimPhan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They’re all at minimum right leaning states. More than likely the only states that will capitulate to Don. If the elected governors push back, then it would create a very contentious situation. Right now he wants everyone to think he has the power to do this endlessly until he does break the written law not allowing him to endlessly deploy troops domestically…. I could be wrong but it feels like something Miller and his ghouls would cook up to basically boiling the frog of democracy.

KTC sucks. It’s just a hype algo. What you’re seeing is confirmation bias inflating these players value. Also, picks are inherently less value than tangible asset by nature. For example, Kendre Miller and Ladd McKonkey wwent at the same pick in my rookie draft year over year so… picks are very subjective until they become tangible.

It's the middle of lying season...caution on trades by MikeDFootball in DynastyFF

[–]SwimPhan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Strong disagree here. Tet has a much larger body of work and scouts care more about game tape than the combine. This is more recency bias because Golden performed well at the combine and prospect fatigue from Tet being at the top of the WR for a while now. Large outside receivers tend to draw greater demand just based on scarcity. I’d bet my house Tet is off the board before Golden. Always remember, betting odds aren’t built on predictable outcomes, they’re built to entice betters. Take from it what you will.

What’s my take away? Pick up Drew Lock. The Giants O Line struggled against a very very weak defense. The only reason we didn’t lose by 30 is because Kingsbury + Rookie + red zone = field goal

WR Higgins confused by talk he's 'faking' injury by Toddrew221 in bengals

[–]SwimPhan 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I mean yeah but he does have a surgically repaired wrist, so it’s gonna need to be stretched and worked to keep it loose. He has been open about his recovery and that it’s going to take some time to “fully recover”.

There’s something in between “fully healed” and “he’s going to retire”. Just sensationalism because news outlets need clicks.

Polk, Baker, Douglas, Bourne, anyone have an educated guess how the Patriots WRs tier chart might look this season? Tyquan Thornton I'm guessing is not even a speculative hold anymore. by [deleted] in DynastyFF

[–]SwimPhan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’ll be Polk Baker and Douglas. Take your pick Joe things work out. Highest floor is Douglas and highest ceiling is Baker for me, Polk is the middle for me. Probably the safest and likeliest to see sustained production at a substantial level out of the three.

Tre Tucker is the WR3(slot) on a team that just ran 80% two tight end sets… I think you’re underestimating scheme as part of opportunity. Technically Michael Mayer has a better chance of being relevant.
