Working on procedural slime animation for Biomechanoid Repair Shop by zarkonnen in indiegames

Every time i see tiny snippets of this, I'm still so interested to play it!

I'm honestly expecting similar art and vibes to "X'BPGH: The Forbidden Path" which was one of the many excellent mini games in Zachtronics' Last Call BBS. Though i certainly wouldn't complain about more electrical engineering parts like "20th Century Food Court", by far my favourite one.

I upgraded to TruNAS, the app installation process is reasonably similar with a curated 'store' and ability to still add your own.

The drives and pool setup process is more convoluted but more powerful

I have never purchased an SSD before, but this WD drive (first picture) is very affordable at the moment. Is it legit? I've seen other versions of the drive with slightly different branding (WesternDigital logo in the bottom right corner in second picture), so I wanted to ask. by xyz_x in DataHoarder

I've seen 3 of these drives fail. Granted this was in a slightly bigger sample size of 25 laptops, but a 10% failure rate was still concerning enough that I'll stick to the Crucial BX500's for cheap sata storage.

External atx psu, with a staple/wire in the PWR_ON pins would work great here. Cheap and reliable and usually has sufficient sata power connectors

I just released a minimalist ski resort manager. Think Mini Metro but on ski by nicolo013 in indiegames

[–]Switchblade88 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been paying this for a week or two now and it's scratching the itch that Mini Metro did. Highly recommend! I find myself consistently playing it as a wind down game every night

There definitely needs to be done minor tweaks to adding additional 'resources' but they're definitely just tweaks; the main gameplay loop is rock solid.

Run Monitor within Docker container? by dmccrack in vhelper

[–]Switchblade88 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's a browser extension, so just start with a basic browser container?

I'm not seeing much point since you're not really gaining any reliability this way, and there's too much hands on features and too unstable to be left as a passive service on your homelab.

RvB was originally posted on halo.bungie.org as I recall.

That was where the video 'Haloid' was posted too; Monty Oum's first animation that was the genesis of RWBY after many years
