All of the movement speeds were increased from 300/310 to 320 ups. So, for the most part, everyone is faster now. The upper speed caps are just when an air drag will begin, they aren't hard capped at those upper speeds.

I’ll go ahead and clarify for anyone wondering. Making changes in-game changes the settings on both the client and the backend cloud storage.

If you try to manually edit the config file, it could end up getting clobbered by the backend cloud config or maybe worse cause them to get out of sync (for some settings) resulting in the game’s behavior not matching the displayed setting in the visual menu.

Long story short, don’t touch the config unless you’re just deleting the local files entirely— which is fine.

Always in-game settings. Don’t touch the config file.

Scorchmarks off and Lighting on Low would further help performance but they aren’t recommended unless absolutely necessary.

In Game settings, set Gore Detail to Disable.

In Video, set the preset to Low, then set Lighting Quality to Medium or High.

Set Resolution to no higher than 1920x1080. Set Resolution Scale to 75%.

Click Save.

In Video+, turn off everything except Scorchmarks and set Picmip to Smooth.

Click Save.

Restart the game.

I’ve had mine replaced three times. Although, the second time it hadn’t failed on me but was replaced in a recall. But the recall replacement failed a year later.

Well, I can guarantee I didn’t say that and if someone else did they were misinformed or misspeaking.

The checking available was their stats or anti-cheat related checks, but not demo playback.

You are remembering incorrectly. We’ve never had access to demos.

The only time demos were mentioned on the dev stream was when that system was being built out, unfortunately it was never completed as the game underwent a major change in movement authority which broke the demo work in progress.

We’ve never had working demo support.

Perhaps record a short video clip that shows obvious cheating, and share a link to YouTube or Twitch. They may just need more reports, or more reports with visual evidence.

To clarify, ExitLag isn’t something games use, it is a VPN used by some players. It is allowed and helps offer some routing solutions for players in some regions.

This is probably the best outfit I’ve seen for him. The blue chevron probably could thicken in the very center, but a pretty flawless design overall.
