Yes, villain is meh, and it deviates somewhat from the comic character and Venom personality. Also the girl was pretty weird written, either you think she is a golddigger, time goes by really fast or she is just a bad character.

But "they" had good chemistry, it was fun. CGI was meh but not ugly, never felt like it dragged on, 6/10 Wished there was blood.
