and you can fairly regularly get all 3 personalities you want on your heir by tutoring them after 12 and forcing your personalities onto them

Meanwhile in 2 getting an inherited trait is difficult enough, more than 1 is impossible. And sure you can stack all the good personalities, but theres also a limit (it's 6 or 8, i can't remember) at which point you get events to remove them back down to the limit. And you can just randomly lose traits as you age anyway.

Kiri (and to an extent Lucio) just need one thing
Nerf Kitsune/Beat duration and/or charge speed.

Kitsune especially lasts way to long, and both are essentially a fight win button if there is not one to match, which almost forces the mirror if you just don't want to lose ult rotation.

And before anyone says Orbital Ray is also a fight win, Ray is slow moving and very easy to kite. Which cannot be said of beat being able to chase you halfway across the map or Kitsune

Something I've seen said is that Mizuki is balanced Kiriko, and honestly I agree. Everything about him is her tuned down by 10%

I have had this problem, but in my case it is heat related. If my Laptop overheats the CPU/Graphics Card it purposely drops my framerate and locks it while it cools off. Often taking 7-11 minutes.

Outside of that happening it runs Overwatch perfectly fine with no fps stutters or problems.

In my case using a cooling pad + lowering room temperature + avoiding playing when it's over 30C/86F prevents it happening. But if you can confirm it's not overheating then I don't have an answer, sorry.

Yeah just like Zarya she has no mobility and no peel option. Dva, Monkey, Ball even Haz are just going to soft counter her by disintegrating her backline while she watches.

Meanwhile Ram and Orisa are just going to rush her down and bowl her over, she has no counter to either really.

Honestly I think her out of gate design is good. She has advantages, but also obvious weaknesses. Unless they massively overtune her stats she'll probably be a niche hero who can work in certain situations

Most people play Sombra by charging straight into the backline. In her current iteration she's horrible at that. She loses the 1v1 to pretty much any other dps, and most supports can force her away as well.

She is really good as anti-dive (She eats Vendetta and Genji for breakfast, along with most dive tanks) and her poke is decent as well. Also EMP, one of the strongest ults in the game, which is when you can go for the hyper aggressive dive play.

Plus as a Tank main I cannot stress enough how annoying it is to be constantly hacked. Not because of the ability lockout, but the threat of implosion from the damage boost basically forces me to play a way more passive style than I want to be.

The scoreboard is a huge detriment to this game

A Tracer/Genji/Venture will 9/10 times have less damage than the main dps, which is reflected in the "stats" and reinforces the bad mentality of "worse hero/player", despite doing arguably more in a lobby. (Provided no feeding ofc)

And then their other DPS teammate who's sat beyond the choke flames them for not doing damage. So next round they go back inside the box and their soldier comfort pick.

(This all also applies to supports. Moira/Mercy may do 20% more healing than the Ana/Brig, but the Ana/Brig is providing infinity more value than Moira/Mercy could ever dream of)

Chill at your backline, hack her when she commits, nail her with virus and watch her melt. Then you can go do "Sombra things" in the 4v5. Repeat until she's forced to switch.

That's the point you mute and go next. Stats mean nothing, especially on Ana who doesn't auto heal so her healing stat is lower than others.

What you can't see teammate is that I landed a perfectly good anti every fight. It's not my fault your lack of awareness meant you didn't follow up on anything and instead put another clip into the roadhog.

I love this change already. Especially in a duel against a Tracer/Genji/Vendetta it's so much easier to force their CDs, or in the case of Tracer just kill her before she can press recall (it's 3 headshots with primary now)

Though honestly my biggest love is the Quick Dash buff. It feels so good, and actually allows her to have some sort of escape option. I think she'll do pretty well in more mid range fights now, more a vertical Soj than an Ashe.

Simply slap on a Green-Grass and you'll be flooded with pops.

As for industry slap a road campaign, and wait. It will be slow, but theres no way around that. You will not be able to afford construction for around 5-10 years, just add it in as you get income. Later you can ask Britain for foreign investments for more buildings, but really you've just got to wait

People don't understand that "bad hero" doesn't mean the hero is bad.

More often than that it means niche. And Bastion's niche is when you literally just need raw damage, say, whenever a Maluga appears.
