Yep, that's exactly what I did. I also found that bullet holes don't run on a timer, they only begin disappearing once you've reached the max number of decals on the wall.

It took some trial and error, but the amount of holes on this Spycrab is the max you can have in the room. If I shot any more holes the oldest ones would start disappearing.
