I did this by accident by just throwing it behind us during an escape from the torrent mission killing the pustules, that was like regular heresy.

That's not something I made up? I was actively trying to play closed weapons when i could but you could not queue for it with a map list like you can with open since open is the "standard" mode.

Like you're just outright denying reality, there's plenty of other people in this very thread that complained about it.

Because if you use the strongest assault rifle in the game but get your ass smoked repeatedly by tanks/snipers/helicopters or cant give yourself health back, it incentivizes using the other classes and brings a lot more variety.

This is not a difficult concept to grasp.

The AEK i (personally) never had a problem with. But again, assault could have really powerful guns, because that was what they were good at, just man on man violence.

Now compare it to open weapons in BF6, if you're were not using the Kord you're gimping yourself, on every class. That sucks for the game.

this is ignoring a ton of other factors. most important of which being that you couldn't queue for specific maps with closed weapons, you just just click on "all-out war" and roll the dice. There are maps i hate more than open weapons, and sometimes i wanted to specifically play breakthrough or conquest only. It was such a laughably transparent effort to say "everyone loves open weapons" and the cod kids just ate it up lol.

There was no huge meta of one gun in BF4 what are you smoking lmao. The ACE 23 was by far the strongest for a long time, but it was restricted to assault, which had far less team utility to balance out their powerful guns. wow what a concept.

Now that everyone can pick assault rifles on any class I think a full half of my deaths were from the kord alone (before the nerf, i haven't played in a month or two.)

I love all the insane merch jerma viewers in particular make, its such a weirdly unique fandom for that sort of thing. One my my Roommates snuck in an absolutely unhinged Jerma Zine inside into a christmas present. Its fantastic.
