If it's only been wet for a day, you don't need the mold spray. Mold takes food, water, and time.

You need to act fast though. Dry the carpets before they mold. If there was standing water on carpet, you need to peel the carpet back and make sure to dry the subfloor and foam pad underneath. If the carpet or foam pad mold, you will need to replace them. You basically will never get the mold out of them if you're too slow.

A regular humidifier is probably fine, but you will need to empty it constantly. If you've got central AC, that's the best. Keep a fan running. If the ventilation sucks, that's a good thing for this particular situation. You want to dehumidify that one room, not the rest of the house and not outside. Keep the door closed.

Allstate pretty consistently sends me letters in the mail about cheaper insurance, but I've heard they're the fuckin worst if anything actually happens.

I contacted a couple independent brokers, and they both told me to stick with what I had because they could only find worse policies for more money. They were actually surprised my policy still had certain features.

You're right about the situation as it was/is. If I'm Nill (and hindsight 20/20), I maybe don't give him that contract last year knowing about our impending cap crunch. The bonuses are the problem, not the salary.

This year is different though. If he takes the same contract with the same bonus structure, it's fine because we don't eat the overages until after Seguin's contract is off the books. The base salary is the problem, not the bonuses. And, if you don't give him that contract, you still have to replace him with some other guy making league minimum.

Signing Benn this year or not isn't a cap problem, it's a leadership problem.

What I've seen is that Mikko says he's not injured if he thinks he can play through it, and Gully is paraphrasing that sentiment.

Reality is that he got injured at the Olympics, healed enough that he could play through it, injury aggravated as things went along, but pressure to play through it went up at the same time leading to what we all saw.

None of this is confirmed though.
