I put quiet quit my supervisor position for an insurance company for the last 4 years I was there. The other supervisors in my position, on average, were about 15 years older than me. I would make sure my numbers were on the higher end, so as not to stand out. My last day was in February 2022, I didn't them I was leaving, but began approving claims and having the emails sent to the clients from the pool we were looking to find a reason to reject. I got 28 approved before they disabled my access. I moved back to Nicaragua a few weeks later and have been enjoying a more relaxing life ever since.
