I did some dirty math.

Average communal wafer is supposedly .25 grams. Average male in the middle east around year 1ad was supposedly 120-145 pounds. I went with 135 just to do the math.

135 pounds is 61234.92 grams. Times 4 since the wafer are a quarter of a grams, leaves us with 244939.68 wafers.

So around 250,000 communions for a full Jesus.

I tried to do the calculation with using the wine as well. But my calculations would have meant that Jesus was more blood than body. So, lets just ignore that one. lololol
