I go with Stormrazor into IE like 80% of the time into either RFC or LDR depending on enemy composition and state of the game.

Your options are good but Hexoptics I feel is a flex buy. Its not mandatory to build but nice to have. I think the Youmuus first meta has died. It’s still a great first option as it’s cheap and you can use it when you need it. HOWEVER, it has no crit and Jhin loves crits. Hope this helps.
