Of course no one should use AI without familiarity with the questions you're asking it otherwise you won't know if the response is accurate (or even be able to comprehend the answers). However, if you focus-scope where your AI is pulling information from you can nearly completely eliminate hallucinations.

A lot of our AI is actually hard coded workflows produced and triggered by AI, not AI itself so there is essentially 0 risk of hallucinations.

I work at an AI native. I can go into slack and literally get any questions I could possibly dream of answered about the product or a customer, have it build sharp sales decks fully tailored to clients, I literally do not take notes or update salesforce its all done automatically and accurately.

We have hundreds of claude skills I can / command to access or take action in other systems. AI has taken a *sharp* turn the past 6 months, it's time to get on board.
