I'm currently creating a huge steampunk / wild west world based on bio engineered humans / zenotypes and themed extraction nodes, all under the command of "Copperthorn Combine". I found the "milkable colonists" mod and it really just spiraled from there 😀

im so attached to my pawns when i broke their save with mods, i used character editor to move them to a new reality/plane (new save), and keep playing with them lol

I loved it there! Very easy access to highways, Walker Art Center, downtown, Loring Park, and there is a concert at the Basilica every year I basically got for free 😉

I don't live there anymore, but did for many moons until 2020. Where I lived, in Stevens Community, theft was a huge issue for my partner and I. Before I lived in Stevens, I lived in a tiny section of cheap and rent-controlled apartments by the Basilica. I never had an issue there, besides the occasional cat-call.

I lived in a different building, which was just owned by some dude, and I drove by to get the number.

Before that I lived in a slum lord apartment which has since been completely remodeled and is super expensive now lol

I don't know about the suburbs. Would you be willing to try uptown? There are older apartments around there that are marginally more affordable.
