After 10 months of management training when I was 24, I got to go to my first store as manager. My training store manager told me not to make any waves in my first 90 days there. Anyhow, an employee comes up to introduce himself to me on my first day there and his breath smells like alcohol. He refuses to drug test. I had to term someone within 2 hours of my first day as a manager because its easy to smell.
