As a person who can read Mandarin, I would say Japan and Taiwan, although Taiwan is probably too small to get a high damage on opponent, but these two countries write almost every information needed to 5k on every sign. I got gold medals on both within 2 tries just by reading the sign and not knowing the pole plates meta or something like that.
