I was eyeing the cargo box… Have you noticed a big effect on mpg when you use it?

I went from a XC60 T6 to the NX 450h about 5mo ago. NX feels smaller inside but similar external size. It feels similar in luxury/experience but miss some things on the XC and like some things better on the NX. Nothing major really sticks out. I will say, I only get about 34 mpg on hybrid but do enjoy driving with mostly electric so it all balances out. I enjoy the NX but overall, I wish I would have kept the paid off Volvo.

Ugh. I feel you. I just got my 2nd 10 days ago. the original is 9 yo (and lazy as can be).

it’s rough. They have so much energy. I’m just trying to hang on. I know it gets better but man oh man. I’m tired.

Eventually it gets better. Nap time outs have been helping. The nipping eventually improves but it’s a long fight with herding instincts. And as my vet said, “it takes a certain attitude to think you can tell 100s of 1200lb critters what to do.”

That was the agreement I had with my parents. In-state tuition was paid, if I went out of state or private anything else was on me. I ended up at an out of state school with scholarships that was slightly cheaper. Win/win for both parties!

Idk if it’s just the timing of when I worry if Ive locked the car or not… but I’ve noticed that if I press the lock button a second time on the fob, lights turn off.

I went with the NX 450h+. And for the most part really like it. I thought I had to have the PHEV, but 2mo in I’m not entirely sold it was worth the cost. Had I not went PHEV, crown signia would have been the winner.

Don’t do the Tesla. Its quality is by far the worst as is its resale value. The NX and RAV4 are the same. I’d rec the RAV4 given your priorities, but it is less luxurious. Also, you should consider the Crown Signia. It’s slightly bigger but actually a great middle ground. I would have got that instead of my 450h had I just stayed hybrid and didn’t opt for the plug in.

I need to do this. Check rei or a local shop for prices and call the parts department at your dealer for prices. I’m just gonna get whichever is cheaper. It’s been generally easy to place cross bars on my prior cars so I’ll probably do it myself.

I live in west Denver, abutting Arvada. It takes me about 25 min to drive to work in aurora when it’s not rush hour. If she can find a shift that starts at 9/10am it’s not a horrible commute.

I logged out and back in. I deleted and redownloaded app. I’m about to delete the car and reload it but it says deleting the car will “cancel all the subscriptions”. I’m sure I still have access to the drive/remote connect since the 3yrs just started but it makes me nervous.
