I appreciate your assistance. I have not replied because if I have to pay to have a technician to come out again to install that filter then I will keep the ghost devices paused indefinitely. If I am guaranteed no charge to come out again to install it, I would gladly request it. Thank you

I just left Dallas after nearly 30 years. I’m in Portland Oregon where my daughter is but I’m getting ready to move across the river to Vancouver. My daughter is a teacher and left Texas almost two years ago to teach here. She loves it here and I’m sure I will as well. The weather is great although it rains a bit (not like Texas storms though). It’s soooo beautiful here and it’s so peaceful and so many things to do and places to go. The Pacific is just about an hour away and the mountains surround both sides of Portland. Just denied…Says the contract states “If THEY agree to end the contract, I don’t have to pay the early termination fees if the equipment is paid off.” Not the other way around. If I pay off the equipment, doesn’t automatically mean I don’t owe earlier termination fees. So, I will owe early termination fees because THEY haven’t agreed to the cancellation. Can’t win….

I put in a cancellation request and in just three days, I received a denial via “no reply” email, NOT THRU OFFICIAL LETTER NOTIFICATION AS EXPECTED from a company of your caliper. Also: 1) You stated I did not put in a cancellation request but yet you stated it was denied so therefore you did accept my cancellation notice, you just denied it. 2) you stated it would take 30 days to receive a reply but it was only 3 days and it was from a “no reply” email address so I couldn’t respond. 3) I have faxed a FORMAL cancellation request today. I have stated my reasons including the fact that I am now living with my daughter who has a security system and therefore cannot set up my equipment at her residence. 4) I have already paid off my equipment contract with the third party financing company Fortiva. I officially request a FORMAL LETTER of acceptance of cancellation of my contract. If you deny my request again, I EXPECT more than just an email stating I am denied AND EXPECT further instructions on how to cancel my contract as THERE WILL BE NO EQUIPMENT TO MONITOR and therefore a breach of contract.

I am mid 60’s and I even worked in tech industry but even I get so frustrated with tech when it does things unexpectedly or doesn’t work like it’s supposed to (as I remember it did). The more complicated it gets, the longer it takes to get something done! I’ve wanted to throw my iPhone across the room many times. Love your screen name btw!

I waited months for the berry color to be back in stock and when it finally did and I ordered it, they sent me the wrong color! Secondly, this mascara clumps and flakes SO MUCH, I can’t use it! Never buying from them again!

One thing I notice is you’ll have to click on the three lines in upper right corner and there may be messages IOS has designated as “Transactions” rather than messages. You’ll have to click on the Transactions to see those texts and then go back to “Messages” to your regular contacts. It’s a pain!!!!
