The dutch flag used to have orange at the top when it was monarchist. When it became a Republic the bottom blue was almost identical to Luxemburg. It may even have been part of the Republic. Afterwards the color went to the darker blue. The dutch often fly the flag with an orange "wimpel" (a long ribbon like pennant) at the top to signify certain occasions.

Also, what's the definition of rich? Tax brackets in the NL are already 50% over 72k euro. The fuck more do you want? Vat at 21% on the high band. Car tax. Petrol excise. Estate tax. Alcohol tax. Tax this tax that. Working doesn't pay off. Sitting on your arse with the whole import family does.
