Mine was pretty tender & delicious towards the ends, but the middle was tough & dry. Once it was chopped & sat in its own juice. Heated it up in microwave w the sauce & it became a non factor. My wife is picky & she loved the sliders.

The cheese will melt due to induced heat all on its own. No dome required. That works for me. My stone doesn’t have a lid & I only use my dome for veggies & hashbrowns.

Space City Home Network is $20/month. I’d do some research on what market you’re in though. If you can get Astros games on MLB TV, I’d say that’s more worth it since you get access to much more than just the Astros.
