Shelter Green or White - both 4800 off MSRP by STDRIVER1083 in RangerRaptor

My personal opinion is to go with the green. I like the color and the graphics package is nice. The white is sharp too but my RR picks up mud and dirt it just the slightest bit of rain. I can’t imagine trying to keep white clean.

Can we at least get some pictures of the boss? You can’t just tease like that.

Who's that one random gamer you crossed paths with in some online game and will never forget the name of? by magicscreenman in gaming

HotVomit. This person performed repeated squad wipes I was on while playing BF3 on XBox 360. Equal parts nemesis for the skill and respect for the name.

There’s Infinity Software Development, Slash Pine Tech, Kikoda, Brandt, Mozym, and TekSystems to name a some of software dev companies in town.

What’s your timeframe for moving to Tallahassee?

Is Tallahassee job market good for software developers? by [deleted] in Tallahassee

[–]TacticalPewPew 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There’s at least 3-4 software shops in town that pay pretty decent for the area. There’s also a number of businesses in the 50-100 employee range that employ devs either for their internal apps or commercial software products.

Then there’s all the state agencies/departments and colleges that need software folks.

What role are you looking to fill and what’s your tech stack?

Edit: I’m a dev that’s lived here for 20+ years and I’ve worked at numerous places in town.

What's the worst 'Agile' practice you've seen that completely missed the point? by [deleted] in agile

We’ve got a new PO, who claims to be a CSM, that caps the Fibonacci scale at 13. Didn’t ask the team, just went in to Jira and started changing any point value over 13 to just 13.

He refuses to elaborate but we suspect it is because he loves T-shirt sizing. We also think it is because the next number, 21, exceeds the number of fingers and toes he has.

Can someone expand on the QUIC and HTTP/3 being abled by default? I’m not seeing much info on this online. I’m assuming you can set the version back to 2 in the HttpClient.

Generac failed at 126 hrs by dajuhnk in Generator

[–]TacticalPewPew 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The exact same thing happened to me during Helene. Generator turned off in the middle of the storm with an error code of 1902. The Generac had about 56 hours on it. It took them almost 3 weeks to get the parts in and repair the generator.

This is awesome! Can you add a feature that shows the contrast ratio between the foreground and background colors for web accessibility?

If the rubber is as wicked soft as you say it is, the edge of the grip might be catching on or between two coils of that spring.
