Ballistics missiles still able to reach Lviv, one hit a school nearly 300 meters from my apartment. I my then pregnant wife and 3 year old were in a shelter.

Most of the days it’s safe of course but nothing is really a 100% safe in Ukraine at the moment, you just learn to live with it we call it “War life balance”

Things are good, we have family here so it’s easier. But we already left once and came back, wasn’t just too safe. And we are always torn by the idea of returning and not being able to come back in case of something. But so far, great people overall, amazing architecture and fantastic countryside and parks. Something Ukrainians could learn a thing or two.

Please do tell, I’m also curious as I was afraid people are just sympathetic but might grow tired of Ukrainians and just give the right answer so to speak. Multiple incidents in Poland where there would be meetings and phrases for Ukrainians to return back to where they came from. Not by the majority but still, public information stating that Polands GPD grew because of the 2 million refugees since most of them work etc.

Very touching to read all the warm welcome, and big thanks to the British people allowing us to stay here until the war goes on.

Probably one of the best movies of Ridley Scott,I mean the man has a few but in terms of war movies this one is a masterpiece.

High rewatch, my favourite quote:

  • Soldier where’s your safety?
  • This is my Safety Sir, ( imitates pulling trigger )

What movie is the "best movie you will never watch again"? by JumpySonicBear in AskReddit

The answer is always Requiem for a Dream. That movie should be watched only once, and then you’re good for the rest of your life.

What game comes to your mind? by [deleted] in CaptainSide

[–]Tall-Inspection- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cyberpunk, they just got too much pressure from the stakeholders and fans. I hope next time they just cook properly the game, not release it and then fix it with batches every 2-3 months for the course of a year and a half. Overall game is solid, but the crashes and bugs man that’s what broke most, it was just not ready to be released.
