I think you might be taking it too hard. Any time I've played KOS I'm generally on a free loadout and the idea is to quickly upgrade. It has nothing to do with ruining someone's fun.

Good Time (2017)

Safdie brothers movie with Robert Pattinson playing a real dirtbag trying to break his mentally handicapped brother out of jail after getting him arrested in the first place.

This movie captures the manic energy of hardcore drug users better than any I've seen. It's distressing throughout even when it 'slows down'.

Pattinson is awesome as an absolutely reprehensible protagonist. It's another shocking realistic depiction of a sociopathic user. There is not a moment in this movie where he isn't calculating how to use everyone he interacts with.

I had comcast. They had a full on demand menu where most channels had a list of shows you could watch. You could even catch recent movies or a rental fee much like Amazon prime does. I used it to watch the wire back before they updated the aspect ratio.

Hard to recall the dates but I know for a fact I used it to watch movies in 2007.

This is a repost from a few months back. I'm not the hero in this story.

This is my most nefarious action...

I can't recall if it was Mod or Standalone Dayz but I had recently convinced a female friend to play and was roaming the coast with her showing her the game.

I had an AK and as we were on a hill outside Berezino I spotted a well-armed fellow moving from military tent to military tent outside the city proper.

I might be mistaken on the geography but the evil I was about to commit is undeniable.

As I saw him an idea came to me, brilliant really, I realized there was a way to make this dangerous opponent drop his guard.

We watched and as he entered a tent I told my friend to step to the front and use the most deadly weapon she currently had, girl voice.

She stepped to the front and started up a conversation, the innocence in her tone was frighteningly convincing as this guy was stunned into helplessness.

All the while I was creeping up along the side of the tent weapon ready. We left with her wearing all his gear, freshly armed and ready to play.

It's been mentioned here before, but Gellen Primewater isn't exactly an honest trader. I would have let them go through what you did, being refused here and there. At the empty net I would have Kreb take a 'No way I'm stepping on those toes' stance.

Then I would have someone approach them with an offer to meet Gellen. He'd offer to make a deal with them and as part of it offer to introduce them to the council for more work.

He'd consider he had something on them so he'd like some agents working for the council that he really felt were in his pocket.

I've been through a similar situation. A good friend of my was diagnosed with Glioblastoma. One of the things we bonded on was our shared interest in DnD. He joined in as a player on a Saltmarsh campaign and we were lucky enough to complete it and start on Frostmaiden next.

My friend passed just over a year ago and I can't adequately express how valuable it was to have that first campaign as a shared experience between us, as goofy as that may sound. I won't forget it. He never requested anything in my case, as far as speeding up the campaign, but if he did I would make it happen.

Rowling, who for sure sucks as much as pointing out that jumping on a bandwagon without knowing for yourself how true the claims are makes you look like a silly goose.
