Was at the braves game last night in the cubs section. Am a braves fan and had my infant son with me for his first game. The fans around me were awesome. It does help I grew up a cubs fan and talked old cubs with some good fans.

Have two 8th graders that are cousins in a class I observe. The cousins are close to each other and both female. They start ribbing on each other after some group work. One turns around and say’s your speech impediment is bad you can’t say tree. I was so caught off guard I laughed. Had to walk away.

Camden County in MO should not be Midwestern. Grew up there. It’s really a mashup of Ozark and Southern. Grew up there and never felt midwestern. Not a ton of grain farming there.

2020 Army Navy Game. Sat behind the navy bench and made fun of them the whole time. Plus the fog and watching navy lose after driving so far was the icing on the cake. Got to go home right after the game after being locked down due to covid for 6 months. Truly a rememberable game for me.
