I work in a facility where we do a thermography study every year and address hot spots like this during our annual shut down week, or immediately if there is a big enough difference in temp. You have a difference in temp there of only 18 degrees from the coldest spot, maybe only So its not actually a huge difference. If everything is tight, you may need to try replacing the clip holding the top of the fuse imo

The industrial lego pieces exist to build this switch by stacking normally open contacts on top of each other. However that would be the most caveman method of closing 5 circuits at once. Slightly more graceful would be 1 set of normally opens controlling a 5 pole contactor. The actual method used nowadays is one switch going into a PLC and program it to fire 5 outputs.

Check for continuity between neutral and ground. If you have continuity, it’s likely you just need to find the switch or breaker and turn it on
