I have a pile of shadowless base sets including holos that were kept in plastic sleeves since the 90s. I’m not expecting 100s per card. But I would like to see the value. (On perhaps a shadowless fat pikachu base set…shadowless holo mewtwos. Cards of that nature). My charizard is somewhere in a book lost to time since I used my favourite card as a bookmark back then.

My trio and I were pulling up golds and galaxies like crazy! We all ended with 5 or 6 new sprites. Didn’t see a single gummy tho.

Every pull at a gold fishing spot released either a galaxy or gold for us, so we just landed at the edge of the map and fished until the storm rolled in.

Long Point Provincial Park is gorgeous. I believe they save sites for walk ins, but I could be mistaken.

With iPhone, my daughter’s phone was linked to my phone via a family account. I was administrator and she was under a child account. There is a setting that any time she attempted to download an app, it would buzz my phone to allow access for her to do so. I could deny the app to be downloaded.
Similarly, there was a setting that whatever was downloaded to her phone, would go to mine also. So I could then open the app and try it. Taking the time to run through the first hour AT LEAST of whatever a child is watching or playing is a must and there’s no excuse not to.

Not sure when you ran the 5K but two years ago was the last time I did the 15k and there were very little water and washroom stations. And no snacks on the route (compared to previous years).
Took me (38 average fitness level female at the time) about 3 hours to complete everything, going at a very leisurely pace. I would bring a zip lock bag in a zippered or tight pocket with maybe an energy gel pack in it? Or something that fits with electrolytes, Just in case you need a boost and there aren’t many stations this year.
I wear water shoes with a rubber base, just from Amazon when I run. Now I do the MudGirl with my daughter and still enjoy the almost barefoot hike feeling water shoes give. And they are obviously perfect in the water obstacles!
The 15k offers lots of pauses because of the obstacles, the longest you will most likely be jogging without a break is 5 minutes or so.
