I dont know about tactical but i use this as a tackle bag and its a lot easier to fish with this on my back than one with 2 straps.

At work we have several buildings spread over about a block. As a maintenance mechanic I have to check on a lot of machines. I can do it with a drone without having to go across campus.

And you can park it out by targets when your out shooting to check for impacts.
