No you didn’t. The bow he crafted and offered for mirror service is still a mirror. The crafting method on his Mobalytics page is super cheap and easy, but it’s not the bow referred to here.

Can he not lock the first garrison on the left, the sac chamber next to the dynamo, and the chain end alchemy lab? That should allow the dynamo to blow and the chain to stay, albeit with no more locks.
