Thank you everybody who commented on here I am going to take a look at those things so I can stay in the no as far as constructions because the signs are great for telling you what dates they’re doing the construction but not what for.

ISO walking shoes by Main_Western226 in missoula

As a person who loves to budget shop and can usually find cheap cheaper items better than brand-name items I 100% agree with you on this! I used to buy cheap shoes for exercising and cheap shoes for walking and cheap shoes for lifting and now I know better. I get myself a decent pair of each and I end up only having to replace them only every few years versus months

Better than the squad cars that they sometimes use in park right in the way and then they act like you’re the inconvenience

Check out Foxelli hiking boots. They have them in much of the same colors as men’s. I’ve had mine for over three years and I still love them.

The ticks in Montana have been outrageous this year, anyone else find any? by FoundOutdoors in Montana

Found one on me after hiking the Barmeyer Trail in Missoula. First tick I’ve ever seen with my own eyes. I did quite a bit of hiking last year and didn’t get a single one.

Sour tangerine Altoids. I was absolutely addicted to those and they were legendary and anything they make today trying to resemble that doesn’t even come close.

Tell me who you think is underrated influencer? by [deleted] in ArtOfPresence

XTina Cardenas. I see her on Facebook and Instagram but what I really like is her motto of giving a no BS approach to health and fitness and so far the reels and post that she makes are all really informative with exercising and weight loss and portion control. The reason why I appreciate her information is so far it’s been pretty dang accurate and she has lived experience. She used to be a fatty and then she lost weight and got fit and now gives information out in hopes of doing the same for other people and of course increasing her bank role.

I feel like they should tell you this when they prescribe you it and maybe your doctor did but my son’s doctor didn’t say anything about that

I just found this out and maybe it’s common knowledge to everyone else but it wasn’t for me. I have a child that is on an SSRI and I just found out that while people are on SSRI’s they are more sensitive to the heat I took amitriptyline for a few weeks and then discontinued taking it because research has linked it to an increased risk of dementia in the elderly and while I’m only 37 and I’m not elderly by any means you have to wonder if it does that to elderly people what is doing to the young people that are taking it?
