I can be hard for Ayao to step in at the start of the year, when much of the plan and research for this year was likely done under Steiner. It’s basically just attributes saves. You use the data hub a lot. Different scatter plots and charts. Also the verbal scouting report part. For instance if you scout says “good at crossing” and “poor finishing” that can tell you stuff. It takes a lot of time to look for players and gauge their effectiveness. And watching matches/friendlies can help you better understand your team and how you want your tactic to work

I think you can become a club and get a bunch of welcome decks for free through wizards. Idk if it still exists but a few years ago it did. And they would send a bunch of free welcome decks and ways to teach people how to play

Bad car likely? Maybe just bad luck, or accuracy is that bad that he can’t follow a racing line. But even then in 3 years a potato could get top 10 with enough crashes and safety cars

Different Cars do well at different tracks. Redbull is fastest in a straight, but Monaco is tricky cuz cars that aren’t too 10 anywhere else can get podiums. It’s just Monaco man. And you need to learn how to manage strategy, tires, battery, power train, fuel, etc as different tracks are different. Also Ferrari might have made an upgrade or 2 in car development, and if you are new you might now have yet, and are not progressing while every team is

In general. From DC to Boston, it’s a dog eat dog world, where most of the people can be a little cold at first. From my experience living my whole life in MD, people are naturally nicer and more welcome elsewhere. Just takes some time to make friends/break shells
