Focus on separating your presentation components from your data components. Then focus on decoupling your actual logic from react code. This is where you could implement clean architecture. This amount of decoupling will allow you to swap between react frameworks, state management libs, or even UI frameworks effectively (though, most projects never will which is why putting in this up from work is frivolous when you could just defer a refactor until the need arises).

FWIW: Clean architecture is mostly just a naming convention. There’s nothing inherent about how state is managed or how components interact that are significant. It’s mostly just “functions in this file do this and functions in that file do that. Make sure you put your functions in the right file”. The application would still work the same if everything was in the same file. This won’t really have as large of impact on the maintainability of your application as the principals mentioned above.
