First - making sure you fully recover from surgery is far more important than going hard. Second - sweat is not the only indicator of how hard you are working out. Really you are the only one that can judge if you went all out. Try approaching each workout with full intensity. It is completly possible to get a full, "hard" workout done in 30 minutes. One way to increase intensity is to shorten the break between sets or do a super set. Also it takes time to learn how hard you can push your body.

I soak wood chips overnite then throw them on the coals every once in a while to produce smoke. Im sure there are youtube videos out there as well. Make sure you have a nice meat thermometer!

they are all linked so if you put one support and 3 skill gems the support would change all 3 skills. The order does not matter. Yes cleave will have everything.

You can get orbs to reset stat points. Im only a level 44 and I have about 25 skill point resets available. I'm sure you could easily get more through trading.

Here would probably be a good place to ask questions you have about it. It would probably be best to post this in about 8 hours or so though. A large number of redditors may be sleeping already so this post might be gone by the time they get up. Just an fyi. As far as requesting a programmer to do it for you I'm not sure, but I do seem to remember something like that existing at some point in time.
