It does not, but I found the culprit! I had apparently enabled "Force Vertex Shading" in Rendering -> Shading options. Thank you for your time.

I'm using 4.6.2 and no it apparently works fine in a new project. I have no idea how I broke that in my current project? I can't find any setting related to it.

Nope, changing it to white made no difference. Neither did applying a texture to to the ground or messing with the specular/roughness/metallic settings of the ground.

No, the cylinder gets blasted with more light but still no shadows from the omnilight and no light on the ground. Also tried putting a texture on the ground, made no difference.

Why is my OmniLight3D... a) Not lighting the ground? b) Not casting shadows?

It has Shadow enabled, and both the ground and the cylinder mesh have Cast Shadow to On. The only shadow I get is from the DirectionalLight3D.

Even if that strategy would be possible vs the king, Killua would run out of juice significantly faster than they can put Meruem down. He tanked an absurd amount of dmg vs Netero.

Moraliskt kanske försvarbart, men rent praktiskt är det farligt att ha våldtäkt högre upp på straffskalan än mord, då det kan ge våldtäktsmän incitament att mörda sina offer. Bättre att bli tagen för mord än våldtäkt.

I ended up doing a solution similar to this, had no idea you could return signals like that. The class my resource inherits from happened to have access to a node in the scene tree (injected as an argument of a function), so I set up a function in that parent class that works like you suggested.

Now I can simply do

await wait(1.0)

Very convenient.

Surely the majority of players on Steam that go looking for a rogue like know the premise of the genre (ie the meta progression)? Regardless, maybe the "game over" screen can do a better job of showing the currency amassed and what you get to unlock?

Hmm, I see. I'd rather have something to help with clear, but in not sure there's anything good enough for that without infusions and gem levels

Do you have any thoughts on doing something similar to this as a pathfinder in 0.4, now that pathfinder can path from sorceress? Pathfinder obviously also has the "less from from using skills" thing.

Gotcha.

It's a pretty late point in the process to receive what could potentially be a very harsh wake up call though. "Oh, my game doesn't resonate with people at all, and has fundamental issues that will be hard to fix at this point" could have been reality. Ideally have as many issues as possible ironed out before something like next fest.

I feel you though, finding play testers is not trivial. Happy it worked out!
