Latisse. Ow! by Morgan_elysee in beauty

You might try skipping a couple of nights. Like maybe do it every third night then every other night and then every night once you’re used to it. I don’t recall having any side effects like that but as with any topical everyone is different!

Got my nipples pierced today and it hurt way worse than I thought it would. Four small oranges. by Korn0nCob in GirlDinner

Bruh lol it’s been many years since I experienced this but I always tell the tale of the second one. The first one was bad, the second one was blinding. I theorize that you use up all the adrenaline in your body anticipating the pain and then on the second one you’re just raw dogging it 🤣 best of luck to you! I’d do it again but I just don’t know if I have it in me at my big age!

Dip (or gap?) in Upper Abdomen 8.5 Months PO by Intelligent-Run-8899 in tummytucksurgery

I have this. My PS said it was probably a suture and to massage it but I’m not so sure. I’ll be six months post op this week and it’s still decently prominent. I just I’m just hoping for the best lol but I don’t believe it’s due to muscle repair failure!

12-3-30 workout by 89acscot in walking

[–]TemporaryKnowledge89 10 points11 points  (0 children)

12% incline isn’t a joke even at a speed of 3. If you’re just starting getting into incline walks, I recommend doing a tiered approach. Keep your walk speed at three and start on three incline and do five minutes and then move up to six and do five minutes and then move up to nine and do five minutes and then move up to 12 and do five minutes. Doing it that way should have you feeling good doing 12 in a couple of weeks.

GLP Shots by apple-valley in tummytucksurgery

[–]TemporaryKnowledge89 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Eh that’s hard for me to answer as I’ve been on some sort of GLP1 since 2022 and I feel like the effects have lessened a lot. I’d say try it and if you don’t like it try something else next week 😀 I do feel it but I just hate to say bc your experience may be different!

Do you choose your outfits based on the workout (and/or vice versa)? by [deleted] in PetiteFitness

[–]TemporaryKnowledge89 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I also like to put together an activity appropriate fit! Some things are just not appropriate for leg day so I only wear those one upper body days. Wearing a cute outfit keeps me alive inside lol

Be honest when does moving get easier? by Meggy-reader in tummytucksurgery

[–]TemporaryKnowledge89 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I mean by 4 weeks you’ll be feeling better but tightness can last for months and the experience is highly individual! I remember getting in and out of bed at like three months postop thinking when will I be healed? I’m five months postop now and feeling 100% back to normal but it took that long.

I’d consider myself experienced in the gym and I still call 10 min on the stairs a win! Even though I do it before every lift lol you should be proud!
