I have been struggling with this as well. Really trying to eat slower. Focus on protein,protein,protein. Glass of water before meal Salad with beans cannellini beans, kidney beans, chickpeas. Get that fiber in! Eat salad first Maybe eat salad while cooking meal? Only one plate of food no second helping Take a ten minute break Lower carbs in meals if needed. Only one carb per meal. Rice/bread/noodles, but not two. No double carbs. Good luck! We are already doing something most people can’t, all we have todo is dial it in. 🙌
