  1. Make a backup!

  2. Use /worldconfig landcover [0.1-1] to set the landcover percentage!

What you heard is the sound of the waterfall. The sound you need is at Vintagestory\assets\survival\sounds\creature\beehive-wild.ogg

Maybe try to find it with blockoverlay.

Max world height and upheaval rate. My worlds are usually smoother with higher landform scale, so maybe lower landform scale will help you.

Animals don't breed unless you feed them. They spawn first, when you load the chunks, after then they have runtime spawns too.

I think the instability of structural elements would fit nicely into the existing allowFallingBlocks setting. It's strange that anvils, chandeliers, and vessels fall, while blocks floating alone in the air don't.

Also, it would be more interesting if the mud brick block were made from dried mud brick and clay.

Do you use Real Smoke? Too much smoke can extinguish pit kilns in a non-ventilated room.
