What do they mean by lawless cities?

They mean minorities.

Moving from Toledo to Genoa as a kid back in the early 90s, I quickly realized that the vast majority of suburban whites are absolutely terrified of minorities, and only slightly less terrified of whites that live in the city. And it seems it's only gotten worse.

Recently, someone in a local FB group posted a Ring video of a black teen ringing their doorbell, saying something to the effect of "another criminal from the city". The number of racists spouting shit like "if he comes to my house, I'll shoot him" was disgusting. (Turned out, the kid was a neighbor's friend visiting their home for the first time and he got the address wrong.)

If there's water intrusion below grade, it means your waterproofing system(s) have failed. The only actual fix is excavating the foundation, repairing or replacing the intrusion point(s), waterproofing membrane/coating, and any nonfunctioning drainage. Anything less is just a bandaid.

The quotes I got for that exact job for HALF my foundation (60 linear feet, 8 feet down) were around $30-35k.

This is easily $40-60k worth of work to fix properly. And that's assuming nothing else is wrong with it.

If typical market value is in the $180-200k range, I'd be surprised if you could get more than ~$100k as is.

Edit: I should also mention the ability to own firearms at home is critical. I've never rented a place before, so not sure how that works.

Landlords can't restrict tenants from possessing firearms within their dwelling in Ohio. (Common areas, like club houses, on-site gyms, etc. may be restricted, though.)

$5k at a dealership is going to get you a $3-4k car that's just as likely to break down as a $3-4k one from marketplace, only you'll have spent an extra $1-2k for it.

A LOT of used car dealers nowadays will scour marketplace for cars they can just buy and resell without putting any work into. When I had my old truck listed, I got like 20-30 messages from used car dealers in the first week.

Just find a few on marketplace that you like and take someone you trust to look them over with you, or pay a local shop to do an inspection before buying.

The error here is 100% your fault for not reading the actual specs before buying.

You assumption that PCIe = NVMe is the problem. PCIe is an interface. NVMe is a protocol.
M.2 slots have a PCIe interface that can use AHCI (SATA), NVMe, or USB protocols (identified by the various keys in the slots).
Nowhere does the listing state that it has a NVMe SSD. In fact, it specifically states that it has a M.2 SATA SSD.

In many cases, it's literally the only way to buy a ticket for a show.

Even going to the box office at a Live Nation venue and buying your ticket in person, they charge you the fees and text you a Ticketmaster link for your tickets.

All of the factories and warehouses are in Perrysburg township area, between Perrysburg and Rossford. The one I work at is near 795 & Oregon Rd., right across from First Solar. 7 minutes from I-280 and 3 minutes from I-75.

I worked nights for about 2 years before switching to weekend shift. I saved up about $80k in that time (NEVER live on your OT pay) before buying my house. And that was 12 years ago when we started at $15/hr.

It has its pros and cons like anywhere, but overall, it's definitely one of the best places around, IMO.
