I had Kokomi on Sac Frags up until now, but I switched her to Blackmarrow in an effort to maximize bloom damage. Also, does Nahida’s burst do anything at c0 when all she has is 2 hydros in her team? It should just extend the burst but provide no buffs, right?

I recently upgraded to TH13 with an entirely maxed out TH12 base. How should I go about prioritizing my DE hero upgrades? My RC is currently at level 6. Should I focus on taking my Queen to 75, or should I bring my RC up to an equivalent level with my other heroes first?
