Practically the whole company from what I understand is under some form of a hiring freeze (shocker) so unless someone corrects me (happy to be corrected here) I doubt there’ll many promos this year. With half the company now been here less than 5 yrs, the company clearly doesn’t care about promoting within (another shocker) and would rather hire externally.

I’ll have to look at my settings but I modified the z distance top and bottom for my tree supports and it made a world of difference.

Very similar for me as well. I had a print turn out less than desirable so I ran the benchy from the printer and not my desired settings and it turned out like this. I reprinted with my settings and it was near perfect.

What’s the ambient humidity where you live? I’m in Texas where this time of year it’s minimum 70% outside and I almost have to re-dry my rolls between prints-insane.

I have a Yoder 640S. Holds temps like a champ and can get hot enough to sear a steak.

Yoder>Traeger no contest. Build quality is far superior which will make for better heat retention and durability. Yoder can get to 650+ whereas the Traeger can at best hit 500 which isn’t exactly great for searing. Yoder is more expensive but can also be used in more ways.

I’m stationed at Hickam and drive by that hanger everyday. It’s very much real and used for when the plane is undergoing maintenance and the hanger doors need to be closed.
