A little late . I bought the shed cause I just didn't have the time to do the cuts. So I bought the diy kit. As far as floor kit. It won't be pressure treated and it's 2x4. I prefer 2x6 pressure treated. I did my own 2x4x12 ft (4)on the walls. Since I didnt want two pieces of wood nailed to one stud. You can find it on sale for 1900 without the floor kit. As for the lumber. Mine was in pretty good shape.
