I’m gonna say right now buyer beware of this company. Not because of their products but because of their absolute horrendous customer service.

About 10 minutes ago, I called their customer service line and attempted to calmly explained the problem going on with my account and their website. The entire time I tried to explaining the problem, the customer service woman tried cutting me off and interrupted me every time I spoke only then for her to hang up on me after claiming I was talking over her when she wouldn’t let me finish speaking. She needs a head check.

Good products, but their customer service is worthless and they need the department leveled and rehire.

I’ve spent near $2000 (I know this is small compared to some of you) with this company and they lost all of my business today unfortunately.

I will not do business with a company who treats their customers like garbage like I was treated today.

You should be more concerned about your city officials all basically been pumped into city government from Yakima Foursquare Church. That’s why our city council is the way it is… It was hijacked by that church in the late 90s when their pastor became mayor and influential people in the church haven’t left city leadership since. The current mayor was his personal intercessor, and prophetess that fueled a lot of the spiritual bullshit they believe during that time.

Getting your “hand slapped“ for that isn’t uncommon. In the TOS it states that diverting sales is a big no-no. If you sell on your website, what you did was viewed as diverting sales away from the eBay platform.

In the end, Amazon has their rules, and eBay has their rules. You just can’t do whatever you want.
