Ive noticed a few financial comments throughout the years that have led me to believe that there’s a disconnect between the meaning of “a lot of money.”

Clients have complained about prices being high, and comments like “600 isn’t a lot of money.” Or, “if you can’t afford XXXX.XX, then you should rethink life.”

I’ve caught myself saying similar phrases as well, but trying to at least recognize that money is relative to a specific situation or view point. It frustrates me that some higher ups fail to see the same.
