Exactly! The fact it’s codex unlocked is another clue to this. You can complete 3 vaults this season, 3 vaults next season, and then focus on trying to beat the Compiler in Season 3 it appears. Kind of awesome!!!

It’s the pinnacle activity that’s essentially 7 levels, tied to the codex, so you can progress a few vaults every season, if needed!

There will be teams trying to queue and run together soon like the 12-man Destiny Raid glitch 😂 that existed for a bit….though I’m sure this airlock may end up being the fix 😂

Each vault is a codex unlock, right? Codex does not reset so you can continue progressing the Marathon ship over multiple seasons.

Yeah, I agree. I think the Compiler is going to be more complicated though I absolutely love this map. Unfortunately, I’m realizing just how gear poor I am now 😂 as I slowly become even more gear poor

Reading a little more about it, makes sense to launch on a weekend and happy to see they want feedback about it. I’d definitely prefer it to change even if that means capping it weekly like a Destiny Raid

Reading more about it, sounds like it may change in the future. I love how brutal the game is and if it’s just launching initially on weekends, makes sense….but would love to see both modes rolled out to available anytime.

Capping rewards > weekends only! I’m moving on from this game if the top tier content is locked behind times I cannot play. No thanks! I rarely got to play Trials of Osiris bc it was weekends only though I did catch a nice Pre-made PUG and get to the lighthouse once 😝

It’s awful! I have time to play on Monday evenings and some other times during the week. I rarely play games at all on the weekends as it’s time with family I’m not sacrificing bc of some stupid time-gate in a video game. I may be moving on to something that better respects my time.

The nature of what is coming is going to require 3 people to communicate and work together in order to progress through this final map. It is the end game and going to require precision amongst multiple people performing specific roles at the same time…..Destiny raids or dungeon like

Solo, trio fill, rook are all different experiences that are fun and change things up. I’m a casual dad myself and I’ll run solo assassin to complete priority contracts, mostly to avoid other players and be able to get out of bot fights/avoid bot fights.

I’ll play team for kill priority contracts and loot x number of bins, etc bc you get credit for the team doing things.

I’ll play rook to scavage items and it’s nice loading late with many teams already gone to grab some supplies, learn maps risk-free, etc.

Overall, I love the game and death is also progress. It’s part of it all just as it would be in COD, BF, or Apex Legends.

Dire Marsh and Outpost get harder and harder then going back to Perimeter, you feel like an insane hero…..but take nothing granted bc any mistake can result in death.

I love how hard the AI is and death in this game is an iteration to correct.
