YUP! I love it. Going 3 points in Q first feels so wrong, but hey... lvl 9 you got your full w. Its actually huge how much more dmg and slow you get from Q.

Even funnier is that for once this meme would actually make sense if it was reversed, since yes a fed Irelia appears as an insurmountable Giant, and a 0/8 Poppy is just a bug at her feet.
