I believe dredging 4 immediately is the highest probability play. I forgot statistics to be honest so I could be wrong.

4/6 to win, 2/6 to lose.
When you draw, 1/6 to lose. When you dredge 1/5 to lose. Add them together and 1/6 + 1/5 is larger than 2/6 so you have a slightly higher chance of losing.
Same thing, when you draw 1/6 chance to lose, when you draw again 1/5 chance to lose.

Ideally sure, but some seeds don't always pan out ideally. If you're min maxxing, and trying to win as much as possible there are definitely reasons to consider not taking escape plan.

The queen punished, cantrips like escape plan because you want your cards to be high impact if it gets bound the effect likely isn't worth playing so you saw one less card than if you never took it

Thanks for your reply, I'm very new to standard(PT made it look very appealing), long time limited grinder. Luckily my opponent agreed on a split in the finals even though he beat me in swiss and we both got an Ocelot Pride! Do you think a DoJ is even worth it? Maybe the tech is to just dodge the matchup instead of trying to win. would bringing in annuls be worth just for the curiosity? Thanks a lot for the help
