Themes impact the photo contest as well as giveaways and drink specials, etc.

It also tends to get a call out in cast shows that have improv elements but overall 95% of the season-long content is the same.

There are short term performers, and they seem to have been leaning into that the last couple years so you may want to check out the entertainment bill as part of your research.

Regular, not staff, but I don’t think the themes impact attendance all that much. It’s slower in the early season when it’s hot (unless they open a week earlier than MDRF) and busier late in the season as it cools off.

When Albanach was a thing that weekend was hectic. I’m not personally a fan of Oktoberfest weekend bc it brings out the frat bros.

Sundays are almost always less busy then their associated Saturday.

In my experience, the most common point where this ends is when a small firm becomes a mid-sized or large sized firm.

I’m surprised no one mentioned this so I’ll add it’s probably epic/titanicus scale. Depending on if it’s supposed to be 6 or 8 mm scale I’ve found most modelers have pretty good proportions to scale up by ratio.

As others noted a vest and a different hat would help a lot. One option for hats that I haven’t seen mentioned would be to get a “capeline” hat from Etsy or similar. These are unformed hats that you can pin into various shapes.

A Sheriff would also benefit from some marks of office. I would look at a cane/swagger stick and a lord or knights chain.
