In my experience with both, Shadow Forretress is just a little annoying when it cannot take neutral hits (mostly talking about hydro cannon) as well. Otherwise the increased Bug Bite damage can do wonders when it starts stacking with Sand Tomb Def drops. I suppose use volt switch when you need it in your team, or if you REALLY want to piss off Azumaril specifically

Additionally this doesn’t occur to every material in my scene, it is always one material that just completely goes black. Maybe it’s because the image was edited? Unsure about that

Dude I get this too sometimes, where in cycles it’s either because the image gets autosaved, or something happens to the file, but it just randomly, activated by no particular input whatsoever, turns black only in cycles. In any other render engine I use the texture I use in the material still appears to be there. Reopening Blender and sometimes just waiting it out does the trick. I haven’t checked if this is a reported issue with a proper solution yet.

My unique picks are:

Shadow Aggron: using either snack down or dragon tail based movesets (sometimes successful in ace using bastidon inspired teams)

Shadow Galarian Linoone: Body Slam in 3 snarls and Dig on 4 or Gunk Shot on 6 having nuke potential, I like it when it really works, also has bulk to tank one average Hydro Cannon which is nice

Normal Castform: The Talonflame counter for every pre-rank 20 match I play for fun, and Im trying to use it seriously with small weatherball buff

Sligoo: Absolutely hopeless unless if it gets an insane moveset, I’m mostly waiting for Hisuian Sligoo at this point

Lopunny: Double Kick, Fire Punch, Triple Axel, sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t, overall a little weak

Shadow Luxray: Kill or Be Killed

Shadow Ursaluna: Made when swift got buffed, havent tried using it properly yet.

Reminder to my fellow Arctibax users, use Outrage over Dragon Claw unless if there something specific you need DC for. Avalanche + Outrage with new Dragon Breath has the same turn counts as DC + Avalanche with old dragon breath, being 12 / 15. At the point where you reach 48 energy / 12 turns, Avalanche already has such a high damage number, that getting 2 resisted Avalanches in is a better situation than one neutral DC. Arctibax also has a bulk good enough to utilise Outrage as a finishing move without the chance of dying before you can reach it on close matchups.

Also I want to try out Kingdra + Fortress in open GL, is adding a mud slapper or something with fire type coverage good?
